Solar Panel Cleaning
Dirt and pollen cut production. We clean your panels the right way—no pressure washers, no harsh chemicals—so your system performs again.
Dirty panels make less power. A good clean gets a lot of it back.
Dust, pollen, bird droppings, and tree sap block light from reaching the cells. Even a thin layer can knock 10–20% off your production—sometimes more in dry or dusty areas. We clean rooftop and ground-mounted arrays with the right tools and technique: soft brushes, deionized or filtered water where it helps, and no pressure washers or abrasive stuff that could damage the glass or void warranties.
We can do a one-off clean after a bad storm or a dusty spell, or set up a schedule—every six months, every year—so buildup never gets ahead of you. We'll tell you what we're doing and what to expect so there are no surprises.

The stuff that builds up on your panels is what we remove—without scratching the glass or hurting your warranty.
What we do
Inspect
We look at the array and the buildup so we know what we're dealing with.
Rinse & scrub
Low-pressure rinse and soft brushes—no pressure washers or harsh chemicals.
Rinse off
Clean water to remove residue and avoid streaks or spots.
Done
Panels dry in the sun. We're off the roof and you're back to full production.
When to clean
There’s no single rule—it depends on where you live and what’s on the panels.
Pollen season
Spring and fall in many areas—pollen sticks and blocks light.
After storms
Dust, debris, and tree sap after wind or rain.
Dry or dusty
Desert, construction nearby, or long dry spells.
Coastal or bird-heavy
Salt spray, droppings, and organic buildup.

We don't use pressure washers or harsh chemicals—just the right tools and technique so your panels and warranty stay good.
We work from the ground with poles where we can, and on the roof when we need to. We'll tell you what we're doing before we start and what to expect when we're done. One-off or on a schedule—you choose.
